Action Item: Award Bid and Authorize Mayor to sign the construction contract with TerraCo Excavation and Demo LLC for the Ford Idaho Center - Horse Park RV Spaces Project for the not to exceed amount of $1,302,473.05. (Approved by Legal) (Approved in FY23 and FY24 Budgets)

Action Item: Authorize Police Department to spend funds as outlined in the agreement for the 2023 Pre-Prosecution Diversion Grant in the amount of $250,000.

Action Item: Authorize Public Works to (1) Submit a project proposal application for Nampa‘s Vulnerable User Identification and Safety (VIS) Demonstration Project for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Streets for All Demonstration Grant funding program; and (2) Authorize Mayor to draft and sign a letter of commitment for the project.

Original concept: This property is zoned both RML and RD zones. Concept is to apply the RML zone to the entire parcel in order to develop the property as townhouses in the future.
